About this Pattern

If you want to make a scarf with the classic knit stockinette stitch but you don’t know how to knit, you’re in the right place. Our Knit Alike scarf looks just like knitting but it’s actually crocheted, Tunisian crochet that is!

With this pattern you’ll learn two classic Tunisian crochet stitches, the Tunisian knit stitch and the Tunisian cross stitch. Paired with Unforgettable yarn, this scarf is pretty unforgettable. And the best part? It’s much easier to crochet than it looks!

Before you begin, review this page entirely so you understand the full scope of the project. We have a list of recommended supplies and abbreviations here on this page as well as written instructions and a tutorial to walk you through our knit alike scarf from start to finish.
