Quick and Easy Yarn Ghost Earrings
Last week, I published a quick and easy tutorial of how you can make tassels without using a tassel maker. If you missed that one, you can check it out here:
While I was editing photos for that tutorial, I had one of those little “ah-ha” moments – I was looking at the white tassels on my screen and in the spirit of Halloween, saw little ghosts!
You can use little ghost tassels for just about anything: necklace, buntings, decorations…just to name a few. With all these possibilities, yarn ghost earrings seemed like a perfect fit for me!
I’m using Patons Alpaca Blend yarn for my yarn ghost earrings but you can use any white yarn that you have in your stash! You’ll only need a a few yards for one pair of earrings, earring wires, some puff paint and a piece of cardboard. I purchased these earring wires from my local Joann’s. You can find them anywhere jewelry crafts are sold! I bought this little “Happy Halloween” decoration from Joann’s too. Isn’t it so cute?!
