I’M HERE FOR YOU, NO MATTER YOUR EXPERIENCE
So you know how to crochet?
That’s great! I love connecting with others who enjoy crochet as much as me. That’s the main reason I do what I do, to connect with real people just like me, inspire them and maybe even teach them a thing or two.
I can’t wait for you to check out the resources and patterns I have available for you!
You’ll find dozens of free patterns here at B.hooked Crochet, many of which have a video tutorial if you are more of a visual kind of person.Show Me Your Patterns!
One of the great things about crochet is that it requires very few supplies. You probably already have a full crochet toolbox! I’m often asked what are my go-to crochet hooks and notions so I’ve included them below.
You can always depend on me for an honest recommendation of crochet goodies. I have one rule when it comes to recommending products to you:
I will NOT recommend a product that I don’t know, love and use myself.
Here’s What I Use
Crochet hooks. I have tried nearly every crochet hook on the market both expensive and cheap. Time after time, I find myself coming back to the Tulip Etimo Crochet hook. I use them every single day and highly recommend them.
Darning Needles. These little guys are a very important part of finishing a crochet project. You will use them to weave in the little tails of yarn to hide and lock them into place. I love my Chibi’s and this little set of three will cover various different yarn sizes. Do you need them. Well, yes. They are much more efficient than using your hooks or worse, your fingers.
A Good Pair Of Scissors. Any pair of scissors will do. Smaller frames work best (so you can stuff them in your “crochet stuff” bag) but really, they just need to cut yarn. I personally love my Gingher birdie scissors!
Disclosure: Please note that the links above are affiliate links, and at no additional cost to you, I will earn a commission if you decide to purchase your supplies online. Please understand that I have experience with these products and I recommend them because they are optimal for this pattern, not because of the small commissions I make if you decide to buy them online. If you have received valuable information from me at any point, this is one easy way to say thank you for a job well done.
The Last Step
Now that you have bookmarked B.hooked Crochet to your browser, there is one more thing I recommend to maximize the experience with your new crochet community.
I appreciate you!
I’m here for you as both an instructor and as a friend.
I want to hear your stories. I want to know how else I can help you. I want the B.hooked Crochet experience to be our experience, together. That’s how we all learn and grow together, including me.
I do my best to respond to emails. I treat everyone equally. And I firmly believe that I’m not special, just a normal gal who enjoys crocheting. In everything I do here, I truly want to help you achieve your goals.
Thank you for stopping by!
