hello! i made this and it got easier as I went on. i was pretty sure it wouldn’t come out well with my level of skill, so I bought the cheapest yarn I could find: red heart super saver in warm brown (handle) and earthy. i didn’t even have the same number of bobbles in every row and they were not lined up vertically, but WOW it is still SOOOOO CUTE!! and it does not look like a four year old made it, which is an ongoing theme with my projects. thanks for the pattern.
Brittany
I’m so glad you worked through it and it still turned out great! That’s a real success story there!

it would have been better if I could have been able to copy the pattern from my printer. I had to hand write it.

Almost done with your pattern. You may wish to change your wiring in the handle description. You say to make 12 scs in each chain (I knew what you meant, but others may not.) This is a beautiful project. I love my clutch!
Brittany
Thanks, Nicole, I’ll check that out and make changes accordingly!

Also a beginner. Can you clarify, what is the “wrong side”? Is it with the “bobbles” facing you or is it with the back side of the bobble facing you?
Brittany
Of course! The right side is the side you want on the outside if the clutch, the bobble side 🙂

I am a relative beginner but I can follow your pattern and I am going to attempt this. I live in the UK so no red heart yarn 🙁 Will look for an alternative! 🙂 🙂
Brittany
