Pattern Notes

This pattern works puff stitches in between the stitches of the previous round. You will not work into the v’s of the stitch until you’ve reached the band.

This pattern is worked in the round from crown to band. The band of the hat is worked in a spiral fashion. Please refer to the teen/adult size pattern for a video tutorial demonstrating how to crochet this hat.

This pattern is also available in Teen and Adult sizes!

I loved your work thank you for sharing. Would you have one hat crocheted in crocodile stitch? I am looking but I did not find yet. Hugd

Brittany I used this pattern to make your hat and would like to make a baby blanket to match in the puff stitch. I can not find a pattern do you think you could help with the beginning as far as how many to chain and how to end and begin a row to get me started?

Love the pattern, but your instructions for the puff stitch are confusing. It should be YO, insert hook into designated stitch, YO and pull loop through stitch…
