About this Pattern
If you’re looking for a weekend project and clever use of that super bulky yarn in your stash, you’re in the right place. The larksfoot crochet pillow will become the focal point of your couch, chair or bed.
With this project you’ll practice the larksfoot stitch, one that’s versatile enough for all sorts of projects. It comes together fast for when you need a quick win and a quick little accent throw pillow for your room.

Sure, as long as it’s in the same weight category. Check your gauge and adjust as needed so the sizing comes out right. The recommended yarn amount will likely be different too.

**Long Double Crochet (LDc): YO and insert hk in designated st one row below. YO and pull through two loops. YO and pull through rem two loops.

Additional Notes: Chain three at beginning of row counts as a double crochet stitch. The chain four at the beginning of some rows counts as a double crochet and one chain.

Row 1: With A, ch 37. 1 dc in the 4th ch from hk. 1 dc in next 2 ch. Ch 1. Sk 1 ch. *1 dc in next 3 ch. Ch 1. Sk 1 ch. Rep from * to last 3 ch. 1 dc in last 3 ch. Turn.
Row 2: Ch 3. 1 dc in next 2 sts. Ch 1. Sk 1 st (the skipped stitch is a ch 1 from prev row). *1 dc in next 3 sts. Ch 1. Sk 1 st. Rep from * to last 3 sts. 1 dc in last 3 sts. Break color A and join color B in last dc. Turn.

Row 6: Ch 3. 1 dc in next 2 sts. Ch 1. Sk 1 st (the skipped stitch is a ch 1 from prev row). *1 dc in next 3 sts. Ch 1. Sk 1 st. Rep from * to last 3 sts. 1 dc in last 3 sts. Break color C and join color A in last dc. Turn.
Repeat: Rep rows 2 through, three more times.
Step 1: Fasten off and weave in ends.
Step 2: Lay the front and back panel on top of one another.
Step 3: With color A and yarn needle, sew along the bottom edge with whip stitches. Sew along the side and top edge.
Step 4: Insert pillow form and sew along the remaining side. Weave in ends.
