  • 3.75 mm Crochet Hook

Gauge and Sizing

  • Baby Bottle Cover – measures approx 5.5″ tall. Fits most 8 oz baby bottles
  • Pacifier Strap – measures approximately 10″ long assembled.
  • Wipes Cover – measures 9.5″ x 7″ assembled. Fits portable wipes 56 count.

Stitch Description:

Pf – YO, insert hook in designated stitch, YO and pull up a loop. YO, insert hook in same stitch, YO and pull up a loop. YO, insert hook in same stitch, YO and pull up a loop. YO, insert hook in same stitch, YO and pull up a loop. YO and pull through all loops on hook. Ch 1.

Pattern Notes

This pattern is broken down by project in the tutorial. I recommend you begin with the pacifier strap first, then follow through with the wipes cover and finally the bottle cover. This will allow you to complete the easiest projects first. You may experience some difficulty seeing your stitches due to the fuzziness of the yarn. This is completely normal and worth powering through!

Written Instructions

Pacifier Strap

With Color A – Ch 56.

Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook. Sc in each rem ch. Ch 1 and turn. (55 sts)

Rows 2-3: Sc in each st. (55 sts)

Fasten off.

Assembly: Place one end of strap through pacifier handle. Fold strap down approximately .5″ and use a darning needle to sew it in place. Place the other end of the strap through the suspender clip. Fold down approximately .5″ and use a darning needle to sew it in place.

Baby Wipes Cover

With Color C – Ch 45.

Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook. Sc in each rem ch. Ch 1 and turn. (44 sts)

Row 2: Sc in each st. (44 sts)

Rep row 2 until your piece measures approximately 14″ from the starting edge. Fasten off.

Assembly: Lay your piece horizontally on a flat surface. Fold left side in 2.5″. Fold right side in 5″. There should be a slight overlap from the left and right sides. Make sure the right side is on top.

Fasten on at any corner and make on sc in the side of every row, being sure to catch all layers. Rep for the other side.

Bottle Cover

With Color B

Round 1: Ch 2. Make 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. Do not join with a slst. Continue working in a spiral. (6 sts)

Round 2: Make 2 sc in every st. (12 sts)

Round 3: Make 1 sc in first st. *2 sc in next st. 1 sc in next st. Rep from * around. (18 sts)

Round 4: Make 1 sc in first 2 sts. *2 sc in next st. 1 sc in next 2 sts. Rep from * around. (24 sts)

Round 5: Make 1 sc in first 3 sts. *2 sc in next st. 1 sc in next 3 sts. Rep from * around. (30 sts)

Rounds 6-14: Make 1 sc in every st. On last two sts of round 14, slst. (30 sts)

Break color B. Fasten on Color C in any stitch.

Round 15: *Pf st. Sk one st. Pf in next st. Rep from * around. Join with a slst to first pf st. (15 pf sts)

Rounds 16-19: Slst in space between first and second pf sts. *Pf st. Sk one st. Pf in next st. Rep from * around. Join with a slst to first pf st. (15 pf sts)

Break color C. Fasten on Color A in any pf st.

Round 20: Make one sc in each pf st and in each space between pf sts. Do not join at end of round. Continue working in spiral. (30 sts)

Rounds 21-25: Make one sc in every st. (30 sts)

Round 26: Rsc in every st. Join with a slst to first st. Fasten off and weave in ends.
