If you’re looking for a quick and easy baby knit headband pattern, you’re in the right place. Our Cutie Pie headband works up in about an hour so it’s great for last minute accessories or gift ideas.

With this project you’ll get to practice knitting the stockinette stitch, a staple knit stitch pattern that’s used in all sorts of knitting projects. It’s worked in a simple rectangular shape, sewn together and shaped with a button.

Before you begin, review this page entirely so you understand the full scope of the project. We have a list of recommended supplies and abbreviations here on this page as well as written instructions and a tutorial to walk you through our cutie pie baby knit headband step-by-step.
