This crochet wall hanging combines the use of finger crochet and two different size crochet hooks. If you only have a 9 mm hook or a 10 mm hook, you may use only one and the results will be very similar.
Crochet the Frame
Step 1: With LB Collection Wool yarn, create a slip knot and make 17 sc around embroidery hoop starting from the left side of the adjustment block piece (right side if you’re left handed). Switch to Color Made Easy yarn in last stitch. (Minute Mark 0:54)
Step 2: With Color Made Easy yarn and 10 mm crochet hook, make 44 sc around embroidery hoop. (Minute Mark 2:15)
Tip! keep the “v’s” of the stitch situated on the top. Fasten off and weave in your ends.

Step 2: Make 5 cuts of LB Collection Wool yarn that measure approx. 16″ in length. Add them as tassels to the same five stitches as the Stitchbird tassels using the back loop. (Minute Mark 7:14)
Step 3: Make 10 cuts of Color Made Easy yarn that measure approx. 10″ in length and add them as tassels to the front loop of 5 stitches next to the spiral. (Minute Mark 8:05)
Step 4: Hang your wall hanging and trim the stitchbird tassels at an angle that points upward. Trim the LB Collection Wool tassels at an angle in the opposite direction. Trim the Color Made Easy yarn tassels at an angle that matches the wool yarn tassels.
