In this episode of B.Hooked TV I’ll explain why your knitting stripes are uneven when you knit in the round and a quick little fix so your projects are more polished and professional.
When you knit in the round, each round build on the one below it. That means the stitch you start with will be lower than the last stitch of the same round.
You won’t even notice this little detail until you starting knitting stripes in the round. Since the first stitch is at the lowest point and the last stitch is at the highest, you’ll notice a “step” in the striped color pattern when you change colors knitting in the round.
Not to worry though! There are a couple things you can do to make those uneven knitting stripes look even. I’ll show you how I like to do it in this episode.
