How to Crochet Stripes in the Round | B.Hooked TV

Season 2, Episode 9

In this episode of B.Hooked TV you’ll learn how to make a clean transition from one color to the next when working with crochet stripes in the round.

There are two ways to crochet in the round, spiral and joining. With the spiral method you will experience a color jog when working stripes. There’s no perfect fix but I’ll share how I minimize the jog so it looks a little cleaner.

The joining method of working crochet stripes in the round will give you a cleaner and more even look. I’ll walk you through that as well!

This season of B.Hooked TV is sponsored by Lion Brand Yarn which means I get to share some of their amazing yarns in demonstration, and use that yarn to create more free patterns for you this season!

In this episode, I’ll demonstrate the with Lion Brand Color Basic Stitch Premium and Basic Stitch Anti-Pilling an excellent choice for may project types, especially those that will be washed and loved.
