Band Row 1: Ch 7. Slst in 2nd ch from hk and in each rem ch. Turn. (6 sts)

Band Row 2: Ch 1. Slst in the BLO of each st. Turn (6 sts)

Band Repeat: Rep last row until work measures 18.5 (19, 19.5, 20, 21, 21.5, 24, 24.5, 28)” from starting edge. Do not fasten off.

Body Row 1: Ch 1. Rotate work and evenly space 53 (55, 56, 58, 60, 62, 69, 70, 81) hdc along edge of work. Turn.

Assembly

Step 1: Lay body pieces on top of one another, right sides facing in with band along the bottom edge.

Step 2: Fold arms in half lengthwise. Align widest edge of arm piece with top edge of the body piece, one on each side.

Step 3: Sew along both edges of body pieces up to the arm pieces.

Step 4: Sew body piece to arm piece on both sides front and back.

Step 5: Fold neck piece in half and center it along the top edge of the body. Sew shoulder seams to neck on both sides.

Step 6: Sew neck to body. Weave in any remaining ends.
