About this Pattern

Entrelac crochet is a wonderful technique to try at least once. It creates a unique blocked pattern that can spread out from the center or be worked in rows. It’s relatively versatile and suitable for all sorts of projects.

Our entrelac crochet baby blanket is the perfect project to try entrelac for the first time. It uses super bulky yarn in a fun variety of color that works up really fast. With this project you’ll learn the fundamentals of working an entrelac crochet project that grows from a central block.

Before you begin, review this page entirely so you understand the full scope of the project. We have a list of recommended supplies and abbreviations here on this page as well as written instructions and a tutorial to walk you through our entrelac crochet baby blanket from start to finish.
