Written Instructions


Row 1: Cast on a multiple of 6 + 2 stitches, then add 2 more for each edge stitch. K all sts.

Row 2: P all sts.

Row 3: K1 (edge st). *K2, P4. Rep to last 3 sts. K2 and K1 (edge st).

Row 4: K the knits and P the purls.

Row 5: K1 (edge st). *K2, P4. Rep to last 3 sts. K2 and K1 (edge st).

Row 6: K the knits and P the purls.

Row 7: K all sts.

Row 8: P all sts.

Row 9: K1 (edge st). *P3, K2, P1. Rep to last 3 sts. P2 and K1 (edge st).

Row 10: K the knits and P the purls.

Row 11: K1 (edge st). *P3, K2, P1. Rep to last 3 sts. P2 and K1 (edge st).

Row 12: K the knits and P the purls.

Repeat: Rep rows 1-12 until your project measures the length you want. End on a 12th row and work your bind off in pattern on a 1st row.
